Charles SpearmanFound a statistically common factor among various tasks. He galled this the "g" factor which signifies generalized intelligence. "S" factors are specialized abilities and intelligences. According to Spearman, we all start out with "g" and "s" factors. As we get older, our "s" factors will get even more specialized and that will turn into our "S" factors. These "S" factors are what we would make a career out of.
