He expanded Thurstone's work and came up with the structure of intelligence. He deemed divergent and convergent thinking. Convergent thinkers can usually come up with compromises. Divergent thinkers cannot usually summarize things because they are so attracted by everything they have read, that they have a hard time picking up the important facts.
